Butter Mints
1/4 cup margarine (soft)
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 cup powdered sugar replacment

Cream together margarine, milk, and butter flavoring until fluffy. Stir in sugar replacement. Knead or work with hands until smooth, roll into small marble-sized balls and press each ball firmly into mould. Unmould onto waxed paper.

Yield: 45 pieces
Calories 3 pieces: 56
Exchange 3 pieces: 1/3 low fat milk
