Balsamic Grilled Tuna Steaks
1 lb tuna steaks
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Combine all ingrediants except tuna and lemon juice and pour in a glass baking dish. Add tuna and marinate 15 mins, turned frequently. Heat grill to high. Place fish on grill and grill until medium doneness, about 3 mins per side. Place on serving plates and squeeze lemon juice over.

Yield: 4 Servings
