The Raid Part Three
The new girl, Casche, suddenly raised her hand, which was odd since she didn't talk to anyone since she came.
"Yes?" asked Cheryl.
"Well, Ares for some twisted reason treats me as a daughter. Could that help? I mean, maybe I could persuade him to not attack or somethin'?"
"I don't know, if he is after the scroll of Immortality, he might not change his mind."
"Come on, Cheryl," shouted Hercules. "Ya know, very few people can reach Ares, if Casche is one of them, well, you never know....."
"Fine, try it."
"Okay," Casche thought to herself... "ARES!!!!!!!!"
Then, in a flash of blinding light, the god appeared.....

Kady shuddered when she spotted the GOW appear on the scene. Ares took a note to gaze at the girl who was a striking resemblance to his beloved younger daughter Adrianna, as a very devious smirk formed on his handsome face. "Well what a surprise to see my beautiful granddaughter at this swank little structure." He hissed attempting to intimidate Kady, which was in return a very weak one. What he wouldnt give to have the scroll and her trust then he could rule the world...No one in their right mind would dare cross the child of darkness, not even her own father, Dahok who in his own sick twisted way actually loved his daughter. Kady simply stared at Ares showing no emotion or any indications of replying then turned away only to have Hercules intervene. "You leave her alone!" Ares chuckled. "Ah little brother...so naive and would be easy to kill if not for daddy's little protection order.." He growled instantly trying to compose himself as he glanced at Casche. "Before I ask is to why you summoned me I am now after two things. The scroll of immortality..." The god begin turning his hardened gaze back to a timid Kady who had backed away from the group standing alone hugging herself tightly. "And my grandchild."

Cheryl stood behind Ares rolling her eyes. Of course he was after Kady also. Why not. She shook her head trying to get the annoyance to go away.
Ares youre not getting Kady and youre definitely not getting the scroll. Although, I dont understand why you would want it. Youre already a god. But it belongs to me since its on my property, and Im am not giving it up. Cheryl said with complete attitude. This whole entire thing was getting out of hand. There was more to this whole raid then what was being said right now. And Cheryl was prepared to go down fighting for her home.
Ah, Cheryl. Congratulation on being Amazon princess. But wait, dont you need to be in the tribe to be princess? Ares said with a smirk.
And you think I care about all that. I am a headmistress and a warrior and thats all that matters. Cheryl said, hands on her hips, glaring with attitude. Ares just chuckled. He loved getting people, especially women, riled up. They were so amusing.

"Ares, what is the point in all this?" Casche asked.
"I told u. I want the scroll and Kady. With that I can rule the world." Ares said.
"And when have you ever wanted to rule the world?" Cheryl asked. This was strange. Usually he just wanted to destroy things and people and just be the god of war. Ares just shrugged.
"It doesn't make sense Ares." Nicole said. "What does Kady have to do with ruling the world? And the scroll. As Cher said, you're already a god." To many it didn't make sense, and they all wanted an explanation.

Dustin wasn't far from the academy. He raised his head when he heard voice's coming from many of the cadet's. Dustin figured out something was really wrong. He made a point to head back to the academy.
Looking threw the arch window he saw Ares standing there with every intent to get what he wanted. Dustin held his sword and began to sneak in he was now behind Ares.
"So we meet again" Ares said knowing Dustin was behind him all the time.
Everyone saw the young warrior holding a sword in hand ready to attack.
"I didn't come here to help you Ares I came to stop you"
Dustin raised his sword. "Stop me? What am I going to do with you child you insult my intelligences" Ares growled pushing his way at Dustin ready to strike him. A flame of light surpassed Dustin's head. "You missed!" Dustin shot back with his sword cutting a slash on Ares arm. All Ares could do was to laugh at the attempt.
Cheryl instructed the cadet's to take cover. Kady backed away.
"I'm not going to be in this blood bath! Unless I tend to win"
She knew her grandfather would take care of him.
Cheryl stayed behind so did Casche and Iolaus. The battle was on with Ares and Dustin.
Cheryl was impressed at Dustin's fighting abilities. "I never saw anyway stand up at Ares for that long or anything" Iolaus said in amazement. Ares head started to burn. Flashing back to his past. Ares tired to stopped them. Dustin fought back and Ares snapped out of it once again and grabbed the only visible thing in his reach. Which was a dagger in sight and one quick swing and Dustin got caught in the chest it was deep. Dustin struggled to talk but fell to the ground. "What have I done?" Ares said.
Cheryl gasped grabbing her mouth. Iolaus held on to her.
"I didn't mean to kill him" Cheryl couldn't understand the compassion something had to be going on with Ares. Casche checked for a pulse.
"He's still breathing" Iolaus went to get some supplies.
Kady saw her opportunity to look for the hidden scroll and left out of sight.
Ares kneeled down. "My son" Ares mummered
Cheryl's in shocked looked at him.
"He is your son!? Ares how could you not tell us?" Vanira came in with some supplies with Iolaus.
"I didn't know until it was to late."
Cheryl patched what she could will help from the other cadet's.
"Does Dustin know?"
"Not yet" Ares said.
"That would be a big mistake Ares I think you shouldn't tell him ever"
Ares disappeared in distrot.
Vanira sadly watched Ares go. She tried to cover the feeling for him.
"Cheryl? What was Ares talking about?" Vanira asked.
"I'll tell you later"
I can help!" Out from somewhere in the crowd, a tall girl with long, raven dark hair, walked towards Dustin and held out her palm against his wounded chest. A bright light came out from her palm and shone towards the wound, slowly closing it. Carefully, she took the dagger out from his chest, despite hearing the gasped from all around her. Soon, the bleeding stops and the wound closed. She took a long breath, as if she's been running for miles. She placed her hand on Dustin's forehead and smiled softly.
"You're okay, now..."
Cheryl thanked Megara, for doing that for Dustin. She turned to face the rest of the cadets and noticed, someone was missing! "Where's Kady?" Cheryl asked worried that Ares might have taken her.
"I saw her go inside when Dustin got hurt." Vanira said. Cheryl got a pissed look on her face.
"She's after the scroll!" Cheryl said and ran inside. The rest of the cadets said outside trying to come up with a
plan incase the academy still gets attacked, which it will.
