When it's time for milking, the 54-stall rotary milking parlor--the largest such unit in the East, helps keep the cows comfortable by reducing the time they spend waiting to be milked.
315 cows are milked per hour, with the carousel making one revolution every 8 to 10 minutes. This gives enough time for the cow to be milked, but no longer than necessary, to avoid discomfort.
A farm tour is available. And Cherry Hill hosts thousands of farm and urban community visitors each year on the farm to celebrate the nutritious products they produce. They process their own milk, to be sold at your local markets. Local people know as a great place to obtain premium ice cream and dairy products.
