Will you be my cowboy, to ride with me tonight
Upon the saddle of a stallion, I'll be feeling right
Just be my cowboy and lasso in my heart
Wrap your rope around it and never let it part

Will you be my cowboy with a real hat and boots
A gun in your holster that really sometimes shoots
Please be my cowboy and lets ride all night long
In the saddle with you is where I do belong

We'll ride into the sunset and watch the sun set down
And build a campfire at night when we sleep upon the ground
A real live cowboy who knows all about the west
Just be my cowboy is all I can request

I just want to fall in love with a cowboy like you
One who knows all the things a cowboy has to do
Just to have a cowboy will make me happy as can be
To bring out this cowgirl who's down inside of me

For every beauty, there is an eye somewhere to see it.
For every truth, there is an ear somewhere to hear it.
For every love, there is a heart somewhere to receive it.
