a warm feeling bathes my soul

Hot chocolate, a cozy fire
conversations and laughter
between you and I
Sharing the everyday things in our lives
Strengthening the bond of friendship
Cementing you forever in my heart
The evenings passed so quickly
Hours felt like a mere moment of time
What's that? A bird chirping...?
