1. EYE - FEASTING FACES

"Over the hill after 30 years old? Age actually increases the charm of male artistes in Japan..."

The article then listed out all the Japanese idols who remain popular in their 30s. One of them is 59 years old. It continued:

"Locally, Chen Hanwei and Tay Ping Hui really isn't youthful enough but they have their own character. The former is suave and has natural acting skills, the later is  hunky but looks goody. Both have just the right touch to their roles and handled them easily. As for the lead actress, Cheng Xuei Er, she is full of freshness. She has a glamorous and sweet appearance. Her bright smiles added much sunshine to the show.

i-entertainment

This was broadcast before the show. It was quite disappointing that Hanwei wasn't given much room for character development of what could be an interesting role.

Hanwei talks about his new image in  "i-entertainment"  which  was broadcast on 12 May

In the show the character he played studied in Japan and has an ultra trendy hairstyle.

He also rode a unique looking motorbike.

From the film footages, Hanwei's role appeared interestingly non- mainstream.

Whether you like his hairstyle or not, have sympathy for him.  Hanwei said he spend 2 long hours to get his hair into this messy  state before every filming session.
