Aims and Objectives:

	To promote and spread knowledge of chemistry for upliftment of society and mankind
	To popularize chemistry to all citizens
	To improve teaching of chemistry from primary to tertiary levels

Charter and constitution:

Whereas it has been considered expedient to form a Society of Chemists devoted to the cause of Chemical Education, its promotion, improvement and economic welfare of its members and the Society and to foster knowledge and mutual understanding among those who seek development of chemistry for mankind, we the chemists , hereby frame, adopt and give ourselves to this charter.

The members of the Society will form a Management Council with a president, vice president, general secretary, joint secretaries, and other members to be elected from among the life members of the Society.
