April 2007
Wow!  Its been a while since Ive been here.  I guess Im really neglecting this blogging thing.

Ive been gluten free to the best of my ability (under the circumstances) for almost 15 months.  I'm doing a lot better and have come a long way in the last year.  Ive been able to drive 30-40 min. one way without feeling like Im going to jump out of the car while its still going.  I know that seems kind of weird, but the power of the mind is amazing... the control it can have over a person... sheesh!  Im guessing I didnt have PTSD (although Ive been told it can be triggered by a death.)  As far as Im concerned, everything under the sun can be triggered by something or another.  Good grief!  Instead, I was struggling with a severe anxiety disorder from being extremely malnourished.  I have more strength and energy and am considering working out again.  Of course Ill have to start slow and work my way up.  Im encouraged by the progress Ive already made and am looking forward to being fully recovered.

The whole family isn't gluten free yet.  As soon as I make Area or Region with Arbonne, it will happened.  I still get glutened by these glutenoids once in a while.  It's expected, but I'm tired of it.
