Wickford Carnival - 1st Place & 1st Place for Decorated Car
So this was our 2nd carnival in successive saturdays but once again we had much fun taking part as we always do. We returned to Wickford carnival after a few years.
We had a very enjoyable time and the car came 1st in decorated car and we also came 1st in the carnival. So this year we have taken part in 2 carnivals and came 1st both times.
Well done to everyone at Chelmsford Crystals for all your hard work and effort. Lets keep it going for the UKFM season.
Ashingdon Carnival - 1st Place
When we left Chelmsford for our journey to Ashingdon, the weather was looking very dull and grim. But that never stops us from carrying on. We arrived and decorated the car and made our way to the start of the carnival.
Inspection took place and was a first for Yaz who took part in her first carnival for the Chelmsford Crystals. After inspection everyone was feeling really good and looking forward to the carnival.
So on route we got inspected by the judge and when we stopped half way for a refreshments break and this is when we got given the news that we had won. Everyone just cheered and hugged each other. We did so well and all credit to Yaz for working so hard on her first carnival with the Chelmsford Crystals.
Baddow Hall School Summer Fete
This was a wonderful display with the weather holding off very nicely. On arrival it all looked grey and dull and the display to be taken inside. Thankfully the weather improved dramatically to allow us outside.
The displays went really well and we thank Baddow Hall Infant and Junior School for allowing us to come and show what we can do. We look forward to returning next year with new routines.
