I've been cooking in the food industry for over 22 yrs... The past 7 have been for Vegetarian, and Organically Inclined establishments in Fairfield County, Connecticut. I’ve learned to cook, eat, and live in a much more healthful manner. In addition to Catering and Consulting, I love to expand the palates of children and adults via Cooking Classes and Tasting Parties.
