The problem with many professional organizations is that to join them, you have to pay outlandish membership fees or dues. Not here! I decided to start this organization for chefs and culinarians so that it could be available to the 'everyday' chef. Most of us do not make the extreme salaries of the big "4 star" chefs. We work 50-60 hours a week to support our families, and do not have the time or cash to belong to traditional trade organizations. At last, our time has come.

There is NO overhead; even the wesite is free.
Membership is open to all culinarians
(preparers of food)
Chefs, Cooks, Preps, Bakers, etc.
as well as culinary instructors and students.
