This is a 2 1/2 hour hands on sushi making class. Sushi Chef Peter Lee will teach us how to make California Rolls, Tuna and Salmon Rolls as well as Salmon and Tuna Sushi. Students will be given sushi Rolling mats and recipe booklets. There will also be a sushi tasting party after the class.
