From our first day we have made a point to use fresh vegetables on our plates. 29 years ago that was unusual, canned and frozen vegetables were the norm. We continue to take pride in the vegetables we serve. We make every effort to use local products whenever possible. For the past three months we have been getting incredible asparagus from Steinauer Farms. We bought over 700 pounds of their asparagus and featured it on several special dishes. We have a strong partnership with T&D Willey Farms, www.tdwilleyfarms.com, and feature their outstanding organic produce throughout the year. The first fresh figs of this year have arrived from Western Fresh Marketing and Specialty Crop Company. And in July and August, Valorosi Family Farms provides much of our fruits and vegetables
