A lot of people just think, �Does it really matter if we kill them?�. It does matter. Orangutans are animals, just like humans are, and because we understand the world, we should respect the other animals and protect them from extinction. Experts estimate that Orangutans will be extinct in as little as 10 years, a shockingly small amount of time. Orangutans must be saved from this atrocity; it�s our responsibility. If we kill all the animals on the earth, we will eventually die ourselves. The food chain will be corrupted and we will die from starvation.

What can you do? You can donate to charities e.g. the WWF. They are working every day to stop Orangutans from dying, but it still doesn�t work. More people need to donate money. If the WWF launched advertising campaigns, maybe the country and even the world could finally realise why the crisis of Orangutans needs to be stopped before they are all dead. Maybe the world would realise, �Why are we killing them? There is no benefit from killing them other than our own.� If man would stop being greedy and selfish, they will realise what they are actually doing, building and planting on land which used to be the home of Orangutans.
