METAL BANDFIGHT NEWS 12/13/04 Posted 1/25: New fight coming soon, Fear Factory beat In Flames 2-1 The 1HBF has been inactive over the last few weeks because I was grounded and unable to use the internet. I'm redoing the previous bandfight because I was unable to view the results. The last fight was Fear Factory vs In Flames and that's the current fight so I can get results and decide a winner. Here's the usual intro A couple weeks ago, Kittie and Fear Factory faced off on the Gamefaqs message boards. Kittie was beaten by Fear Factory, 3-1 . The next fight is on right now on the Gamefaqs Metal boards. It'll be another of my favorite bands, In Flames, going against Fear Factory. I'd like to add that In Flames is Swedish as the F word. | About the One-Hour Bandfight This is the place where I take two bands of a certain genre and make them fight on the corresponding genre on the Gamefaqs.com message boards. How do they fight? Well, I tell the users of Gamefaqs to vote for their favorite of the two bands and each vote counts as one (metaphorical) punch to the other band. Whichever band is less (metaphorically) beaten up one hour after the fight starts is declared the winner and current champion. If a band gets 7 consecutive wins, they are added to, the hall of fame and two new bands will face off. If there is a tie, fighting goes on for another hour. | OUT OF DATE. TO BE UPDATED. PUNK BANDFIGHT NEWS 12/13/04 Almost a week ago, Green Day and Sum41 faced off on the Gamefaqs message boards. Sum41 was beat by Green Day unanimously. It stands at 2-0 because of support from their Gamefaqs fans. The next fight is on right now on the Gamefaqs Punk boards. Green Day will go against old-school political punk band, The Sex Pistols.
