| Directions for Membership Application: DOWNLOAD and SAVE the application to your computer. If you are unable to open/download the application. Please go to: Microsoft Viewer to download the FREE Word Viewer 2003 file. Once you have the word viewer, then you can download and SAVE the application to your desktop. Once you SAVE the application to your desktop, you can open the application and type and/or use the dropdown boxes to fill in required information. When you have completed the application, select FILE>SAVE AS. Put YOUR CHILD's name in as the file name and save the application to your desktop again and close the application. You will then go to your email and send it as an e-mail attachment to the Membership Chair. The current Membership Chair is Lisa Gross. [email protected] After your application has been reviewed by the Cheerboosters board you will be notified if your application has been approved. You will not be listed as an active member until half of the initial membership dues ($25) has been paid. |
