My Outer Banks Pictures

Let me start with the beginning. If you remember on my home page, I mentioned that I loved to fish with my dad. Here is the proof (If you hover over the pictures, an explanation will appear):

I am the blonde one. My cousin Sara Lynn is in this picture too. Way back when I was a little one. Fishing in Oregon Inlet when I was a little older.


Here are some pictures of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, both before and after it was moved. I was actually able to climb the lighthouse in 1997, but it had just been moved and was closed for climbing in 2002. In 2005, we got there too late to climb it.


I think this was taken in 1997... This was taken from the base, looking up, right before we took the climb to the top (257 steps in all). This was taken in the fall of 2002 (during my eighth grade trip).
We were trying to 'hold' the lighthouse, but mom can't give directions very well.


If you remember back to my top 5 favorite things on my home page, my number one was to "soak up the sun."

I don't know why that guy is digging a hole in the sand... Surfers...need I say more?? Me and my best friend Emily on our first day at the Outer Banks in eighth grade.


Oh, and did I mention that I love to play in the sand??

From the time I was a kid... ...until now!
