QUICK-N-EASY CHILIWhen I want chili I want it now!!! So here's a quick-n-easy way to do it...
Start by frying up some ground meat of your choice ( beef, pork or turkey) in a large fry pan. While frying add 1 cup or more of diced onions, 2 sliced, diced or crushed garlic cloves, 1-2 cups of your favorite peppers, cook till meat is browned and peppers are tender.
To the above add a large can of beans
( kidney, pinto or navy beans). One large can of sliced, diced, crushed or whole tomatoes. To spice it up, add 4 tbls. chili powder, 2 tbls. cummin, 1 tbls. curry, 1 tps. paprika, 1/2 tps. cilantro, 2 tbls. of sugar. And of course 1 can of your favorite BEER!!! Simmer 15-20 minutes on medium heat till most of the liquid is gone...
P.S. Throw into a bowl and top with grated cheese, sour cream and more diced onions...If not hot enough add more chili powder & cummin...
