You must answer all questions not marked [Optional] if you wish to apply for Operator Access in #Chatterz.

Failure to answer all questions not marked [Optional], or answering any question indefinitely, will invalidate your Application.

Questions:  24, 25b, 26, 27, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, and 43;  have specific answers.  Failure to answer these questions correctly will invalidate your Application
