Operator-Access is not your right.
Nor is it something you should expect to be granted.
Operator-Access in #Chatterz is an honour before all IRC, and one you may choose to carry into real life.
Upon applying to #Chatterz, you will be notified as to whether your Application is Valid or Invalid.
Read the guidelines carefully to ensure you are not wasting your time and ours.
Validity of your Application is not a mandate for Operator-Access!
Validity of your Application is the first step in your progression from #Chatterz Patron, to #Chatterz Operator.
At the time of your Application, we may already have enough Operators in #Chatterz; or we may be looking for somebody whose profile is different to your own.
Members who are more willing to fulfill our needs are more likely to be granted Operator-Access.
Failure to achieve immediate acceptance into Operator Status does not warrent disappointment. Failure to achieve immediate acceptance into Operator Status is almost a guarantee.
