What is the Operator Training Sub-Committee? The Operator Training Sub-Committee enhances the knowledge and skills of #Chatterz Operators. The Operator Training Sub-Committee is responsible for the trainging of #Chatterz Operators at all levels, in both Service and RAW Commands, and the #Chatterz Rules. The Operator Training Sub-Committee is also responsible for the testing of #Chatterz Operators upon the request of the Database Committee; the body which the Operator Training Sub-Committee belongs to. How many positions are available? Currently there are at least three positions available on the Operator Training Sub-Committee. The Operator Training Sub-Committee consists of Training Officers. |

Chief Training Officer: - What does the Chief Training Officer do? The Chief Training Officer is responsible for chairing the Operator Training Sub-Committee and organising Training Officers. The Chief Training Officer is also responsible for: training Operators to use Service and RAW Commands; farmiliarising Operators with the #Chatterz Rules; and, working in cooperation with the Training Officers and Database Committee so as to establish and maintain a fair system of Operator training and testing at all levels. What prerequisits does the Chief Training Officer require? The Chief Training Officer requires: leadership skills; organisation; an extensive knowledge of Service and RAW Commands; an extensive knolwedge of the #Chatterz Rules; and, cooperative and communicative skills. How heavy is the workload of the Chief Training Officer? The workload of the Chief TrainingOfficer varies from medium to heavy at times. How many Chief Training Officers are required? Only one Chief Training Officer is required. What is the minimum Access Level required to become the Chief Training Officer? As the Chief Training Officer is required to have leadership skills and an extensive knowledge of both Service and RAW Commands, and the #Chatterz Rules, it is essential that they are an experienced and knowlegable Operator. Thus a minimum Access Level of 150 is required to attain this position. |

Training Officer: - What does a Training Officer do? A Training Officer is responsible for: training Operators to use Service and RAW Commands; farmiliarising Operators with the #Chatterz Rules; and, providing the Chief Training Officers with assistance and input so as to help to establish and maintain a fair system of Operator training and testing at all levels. What prerequisits does a Training Officer require? A Training Officer requires: a sound knowledge of Service and RAW Commands; a sound knolwedge of the #Chatterz Rules; and, cooperative and communicative skills. How heavy is the workload of a Training Officer? The workload of a Training Officer is medium. How many Training Officers are required? At least two Training Officers are required. What is the minimum Access Level required to become a Training Officer? As a Training Officer is required to have a sound knowledge of both Service and RAW Commands, and the #Chatterz Rules, it is essential that they are an experienced and knowlegable Operator. Thus a minimum Access Level of 125 is required to attain this position. |
