The Operator Training Sub-Committee enhances the knowledge and skills of #Chatterz Operators. The Operator Training Sub-Committee is responsible for the trainging of #Chatterz Operators at all levels, in both Service and RAW Commands, and the #Chatterz Rules. The Operator Training Sub-Committee is also responsible for the testing of #Chatterz Operators upon the request of the Database Committee; the body which the Operator Training Sub-Committee belongs to.

Currently there are at least three positions available on the Operator Training Sub-Committee. The Operator Training Sub-Committee consists of Training Officers.
What does the Chief Training Officer do?
The Chief Training Officer is responsible for chairing the Operator Training Sub-Committee and organising Training Officers. The Chief Training Officer is also responsible for: training Operators to use Service and RAW Commands; farmiliarising Operators with the #Chatterz Rules; and, working in cooperation with the Training Officers and Database Committee so as to establish and maintain a fair system of Operator training and testing at all levels.

As the Chief Training Officer is required to have leadership skills and an extensive knowledge of both Service and RAW Commands, and the #Chatterz Rules, it is essential that they are an experienced and knowlegable Operator. Thus a minimum Access Level of 150 is required to attain this position.
What does a Training Officer do?
A Training Officer is responsible for: training Operators to use Service and RAW Commands; farmiliarising Operators with the #Chatterz Rules; and, providing the Chief Training Officers with assistance and input so as to help to establish and maintain a fair system of Operator training and testing at all levels.
