NAPLES

      Well Im booked into the Albergo Principe Napolit'Amo over Gulf of Naples. Naples Hotels can be expensive. Had a glass of Ruffino white wine while sitting on balcony admiring the Gulf of Naples sometimes called Naples, Neapel ,or Napols. Originally Greek city till Romans conquered it, Then Byzantine, Normans, history of Cholera started here.

      Went underground to visit. Im amazed Seen underground cemetary. Visited walls of Pompeii, the main square here brick buildings, remains, temple of Venus in Pompeii. Still excavating.. Well from the tunnels from Pompeii. Will call it a day. Will come back tomorrow.

      After good supper of seafood salad, bread, Lobster Cakes, sun dried tomatoes called Aiali, some Bianco white. The Greeks were the first to introduce wine to Italy..

      After a light breakfast, back to the underground tunnels and Catacombs. Good photos I got, of Naples, went to Paestum near by. Back at Pompii of mummy people.
