      Well went outside in garden with a bottle of Cerro Vino Montepullciano and they gave me a plate of Anchovies and bread. Another day with a big breakfast of bacon eggs toasts jam pancakes and coffee.       After a long day supper of roasted eggplant salad, a lot of mixed veggies, Spinach soup, rabbit and gravy, bread, red potatoes, dessert was Cranberry Orange Polenta Cake, some glasses of Rosso Riserva and off to bed.

      After nice breakfast of sweet rolls and pancakes and coffee. Off to L'Aquila to me friend. After arriving and meeting his friends and family. Had a party of music dancing and plenty food and drink. He has a Villa, made his money in the US. Grows Grapes, olives has a lot of farm animals.

      After a few days here off to Rome, staying at Romanico Palace (90 Euros) Great view of the city and close to historical sites. Having a balcony has its advantages. Nice supper with a shrimp cocktail, garlic bread, Black Bean Soup veggie salad, Roast Beef with gravy rice, onion soup, desert was Ricotta Almond Pudding. Some Frascati wine and coffee.

      After nice breakfast of bacon eggs and the works and with a tour guide, Visited Catacombs, The Pantheon, built in 27-25BC,The Roman Forum. Getting plenty pictures on the Cam Camera. Roman Colossum (walked around inside) Able to go underground to walk in the tunnels of the past used to drain water to the Tiber River. The Jewish people hid in here.

      Walking on cobblestones and dogging traffic back to hotel for lunch. Nice sandwich of Veal with the works. Took a short nap. Decided to rest for the day.

      After a quick breakfast went out and visited Saint Catherines Chapel. Back inside of Roman Collossum, one ruler able to flood the ground floor to bring in ships to do battle (Amazing) and able to drain water back out. Visited Arch of Constantine. House of Romulus, Round Temple at Forum, Monument to Victuel and Pantheon.

      Well after long day bought more film for Cam Camera. Back at Hotel for supper of vegetable soup, Spaghetti and Meatballs tomatoes stuffed with sausage, dessert of Strawberry Cream Pie coffee, then to room and some tae. Im beat -Bed.

      Well light breakfast of scramble eggs, yogurt, bacon toast and coffee. Visited the Vatican nice tour got nice pictures so beautiful. Temple of Minerva, House of Romulus. So tomorrow heading for Naples. After nice supper Pizza Bread, veggie Broth, white fish, potatoes green salad and ice cream.
