True Medicine:

The Joy of the Lord is my strength.  This isn't a pretty verse, it's a formula.  To have strength, secure your joy in the Lord.

The truest medicine is laughter.  Seek to laugh.  Put before your eyes gentle humor and surround yourself with the tinkling laughter of children.   Fill your ears regularly with the sound of sincere prayer.  To hear this will be a balm to your soul.

The simple, pure music of a voice in praise of the creator has no equal on earth.

For wisdom, listen to the wind.  The trees speak eloquently in the summer, and sing of woe in the winter.  Listen, and see how straight they grow.  Every living thing on earth gives praise and credit to the creator.  Man is the only creature who is in rebellion.

Be humbled by the knowledge that the grayest rock is more obedient than you.  The matted fur of a baby goat is more beautiful, and the mindless waves of the ocean stronger.  Man's virtue lies in giving honor to God, and his tenderness towards children.
