Dining Area and Kitchen comes completely equipped with new refrigerator, range, toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware and other utensils. Kitchen has nice view of the city. The kitchen is actually very light and airy which doesn't quite show in these pictures because of the light streaming in the windows reduced the camera's aperature.

The kitchen sink is equipped with a somewhat unique feature. We have installed an electric water pump that delivers purified water on demand at a tap on the sink. We have one of these in our house and liked it so much that we put one in the casita.
