The bedroom has twin beds, but are fashioned so that they may be locked together to make a king-sized bed. Plenty of wardrobe and closet space is available. Guanajuato doesn't have many insects but during the rainy season there are some. All windows in the apartment have screens. Telephone is available in the bedroom as well as at the desk in the living room. Sliding glass doors open up on a lovely teraza. Because the apartment is one floor above the street level and the other side of the street drops off, the apartment has nice privacy. With the sliding glass doors and two smaller windows good cross ventilation is available. Like the rest of the apartment the bedroom has high beamed ceilings and easy to keep clean ceramic tile floors.

Guanajuato has a wonderful climate but it is possible for some days in the winter to be cold especially at night. The apartment includes two gas heaters, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. These heaters are deisigned to be used in the house and have an automatic shut off if there should be any air depletion. Gas is included in the cost of the rent. Bed linens, blankets and comforters come with the apartment.

This door to the bathroom, like all the doors throughout the apartment, were hand carved from neighboring state of Michoacan. The gas heater is built in.
