While much of her friendly demeanor comes from her natural affinity for others, there is a part of that which comes from the way her mind moves completely from one subject to the next. Mabass tends to forget things easily, and thus forgives in an almost unbelievably short amount of time. Mistaking this for stupidity isn't wise, however, as Mabass may be sweet but she has the burning blood of the xenos running through her veins. She knows when people are trying to use her, and she isn't afraid to get violent if need be.

Mabass is a loyal dragoness as well, but while she can learn to like just about anyone, she is very selective about those that she chooses to truly love. Once she has gotten this far in a relationship, there is no going back; it is one thing that she never forgets.

When Waharli died, Mabass's world came crashing down. For some time she was able to hide her sorrow and go on with life, but eventually her emotions caught up to her and stopped all that. Her distress and feelings of loss overpowered her in the middle of a mission, and inadvertently allowed the death of several other Tonaa. After this, Mabass was sent to Terra Nexu, where she could heal and stay out of trouble.

Luckily for Mabass, she found new family on Terra Nexu, and not in Waharli's resident daughter, but in the Sii'Tonaa guardian of the world, Macropodus Mei'Keromazon. The dragon wasn't like Mabass in very many ways, but somehow he was the person that she needed, and maybe he needed her too in one way or another. Macro gave Mabass something to do with her time, and a safe place to try to find the path back to life from the valleys of sadness that she had been wallowing in. The two became close friends, and Mabass, even as she slowly works her way back to mental health, has no plans to leave Terra Nexu any time soon.
