Prue's first power and only power ( so she thought ) was telekensis or the ablilty to move things with her mind. The first time she used this power ( without knowing it ) was making the pen leak in her ex-fiancee's pocket in Something Wicca this way comes. The trigger for her power is anger. At the drug store with Phoebe ( Something Wicca this way comes ), she made a whole aisle explode because Phoebe began setting her off with things that made her angry. In the second season, Prue got another power. It is called astral projection or being in two places at once. The first time she used in was in Mrs. Hellfire when she needed to be in two places at once. The trigger for this power is the urge to be in two places at once.

Piper's Powers

Piper's first power was the ability to stop time or freeze things. The first time she used this power without knowing it was in Something Wicca this way comes, when she forgot to add an ingredient to the sauce while the Chef was tasting it. She froze him and was able to add the ingredient. She soon controlled this power and was able to freeze certain parts of the body. Piper's second power that she got recently is Pryokinesis, the ability to speed up molecules making them explode, and blow things out and shoot fireballs. She used this power in Exit Stratgey agaisnt the Brotherhood guy. Before she was making things explode like the watermelon.

Phoebe's Powers

Phoebe's first power was preminition or the ability to see the future. She saved boys from an oncoming car in Something Wicca This way comes. That was the first time she had used her powers. Soon she was able to call on her power and control them. Finally, Phoebe got a power which was useful in battle, Levitation. Phoebe's second power relates to Prue'ssecond power, Movement. Phoebe can Levitate and the trigger to it is if she can concentrate on clearing parts of her thoughts and focus on the power. This adds great abilities to her kicks and punches and her moves. She can fly and kick someone in the air or she can fly out of danger. I think we shouldn't use the word fly, but more like levitate because she hovers over the ground. In Season 4 she grew to become very powerful and temporarily had the power of flame throwing along with other evil powers, however this was due to the fact that she was carrying the spawn of Source who is Cole.

Paige's Powers

Paige's powers resembles Prue's ability to move things with her mind, which is called telekenesis. But because her father was a white-lighter, so it works differently which is called Telekinetic Orbing, she focuses the object she wants to move, calls it's name and it orbs into her hand, or she can move things around the room. She also have the ability of a white-lighter to orb in different places and also the healing touch like Leo's power.

Leo's powers are healing touch, it is very is useful when life threatening things happen around innocents. One of Leo's many useful power is orbing which bring's him here and there and around, and I guess the the trigger is to just think and say " I wanna orb " Another power of Leo is the Whitelighters telephaty, which means he has the ability to receives messages and communicate from other whitelighters and also with his bosses whenever they are.

Cole's Powers

Cole's powers are shimmering, object manipulation and energy balls. Shimmering is some what like " orbing " it is the ability to shimmer to one place to another and also to different planes. He may possess some other powers but they haven't discovered yet. Well as you all know that in Season 4 Cole becomes the most powerful evil because he is now the NEW SOURCE, so that's means he has now more powers and it also means that his powers are very strong, we see he has the power of Pyrokenesis - the ability to create fire, like Piper's power to create fire.
