THE CHARLOTTE HERB GUILD'S VISITATION AND MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
Because of space limitations at the Garden Council House, membership in the Charlotte Herb Guild has to be limited.
*The visitor fee for each meeting is $5.00, which is payable to the membership secretary at the beginning of the meeting. Please sign in on the membership roster as a guest. You will be given a name tag and you will be introduced as a visitor during the meeting. .
*Anyone who seeks membership with the Guild is required to visit 3 meetings within 12 months and if space is available that person may join at the 4th meeting by submitting a completed memebership application along with applicable dues. .
*If more persons are seeking membership than the guild has available openings, the first one(s) to fulfill the visitation requirements and to submit the completed membership application(s) along with the dues will fill the available opening(s). Other applicants will be put on a waiting list in the order that they fulfill the requirements. .
