The book follows the Guild's successful first volume, The Charlotte Herb Guild Cooks, published in 1997. The new book includes appetizers, beverages, soups, salads, main dishes, vegetables and side dishes, tea sandwiches, breads and crackers, and desserts - all including herbs. Recipes range from traditional to ethnic fare. A final section provides information on how to grow an herb garden, make herbal gifts and assemble a springtime herbal brunch.
