| February 18, 2004 - I'm 16 weeks old today (4-months) |
| February 23, 2004 - Today I went to see Dr. Totman, I weighed 29.8 pounds today. Dr. Totman gave me another shot today, he is always very gentle. He also said I have an ear infection and he gave me some drops to put in my ear twice a day...I hate those drops! It should clear up over the next 2 weeks. |
| February 24, 2004 - Today I received my official registration papers...I am an official AKC certified, Golden Retriever, just like my mom and dad. |
| March 14, 2004 - (Yawn) Whew, I'm a tired puppy today. I did a 5K walk for the MS Society today at the Embarcadero in San Diego. I was really popular, everyone want to pet me even Joe Lizura the weather-guy from NBC 7/39 and I got to see a lot of other puppies and dogs. I barely made the whole 5K and I crashed 10-feet from the finish line but I got right up an finished. Oh, I got to see a real harbor seal out in the bay...they look really wet! |
| March 12, 2004 - Hurray!! My last set of shots are today. Dr. Totman said my ear cleared up really nicely, NO MORE DROPS! I weigher 39.6 pounds today and they gave me a certificate so I can get my puppy license from the County of Riverside. |

| October 28, 2004 - Tomorrow is my Birthday and I am going to go camping at Big Bear Lake, California. I will be 1-year old tomorrow! |
| October 29, 2004 - HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! I am finally 1-year old! Last night I went camping at Big Bear Lake, California. It had snowed a few days before, and last night it was only 22 degrees F. I loved the cold since I have a beautiful warm coat. The best part was playing in the snow. I fetched snowballs and romped around like a large rabbit. I almost liked it as much as swimming in the ocean, but in the snow, I do not get water in my ears and salt water in my fur. I can hardly wait to go back. I got to open lots of birthday gifts...it was a great day! |
| November 25, 2004 - HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Today was my first Thanksgiving (that I remember). I love this day! For dinner I feasted on kibble soaked in gravy and turkey gizzards. I can't wait until Christmas! |
| December 7, 2004 - Eighteen more days until Christmas...I love this time of year because I know I am going to get some fun things in a couple weeks. The house is all decorated for Christmas but I am not allowed to play with shiny things on the tree that is inside the house...can you believe it, a 7 foot tree inside the house...At least if there is ever a bathroom emergency, I will not have to go far! |
| December 15, 2004 - Today I went to Disneyland! It was fun, the whole place was decorated for Christmas. Since I am not allowed in the park, I stayed at the Disneyland Kennel (Sponsored and presented by Purina). The people that work there were really nice to me, I had water, food and attention, plus I got to talk to some new friends I met there. Ten more days until Christmas!! |
| December 24, 2004 - The day before Christmas...WOOF! I can hardly wait, I can smell treats for me under the Christmas Tree!! |
| December 25, 2004 - WOOF - WOOF - WOOF!! It's Christmas Day!!! Santa brought me a whole lot of stuff! I got lots of treats and squeaky toys and ropes and balls. Oh my, what a puppies life! It has also been a year since I came to live with my humans and I am so happy. I miss my mom, but I get to see here every once in a while. I have to go play.
