Various people have sent me these through E-Mail. I havn't tried any of them out yet. E-Mail me and let me know which of these work. Supposedly you need to have all 150 Pokemon to get these to work, but try them anyways.
Pikablu
Start a new game and pick Bulbasaur as your starting pokemon. After you get your pokemon, you must beat Gary. Next you must talk to Professor Oak exactly 50 times. Then goto Viridian City and get Oak's Parcel. Deliver it to him, and then talk to him 10 more times. After that, get the map, and goto Ash's mom. She should say she found a wierd pokemon, and give you Pikablu.
Pikablu
Get Pikablu by using an Item Finder in the water that you use to get to the Unknown Dungeon. You will find an item that describes a unidenified pokemon was found at Cinnabar Island. Surf up and down the coast where you would find Missingo, and you will eventually find a Pikablu. People have told me that he is extremely hard to catch, a master ball would work out good here.
Charcolt
To get Charcolt you must have the 3 Legendary birds at the top of your list, and 3 Geodudes at the bottom. Then, goto the Celedon city department store, and talk to the people that are trading, I think on the third level. One of those guys should give you a Charcolt.
