From demographic sources form SeedofWorlds on blogspot.com, it appears that the highest demographic of people playing DnD are Millenials at 48% at WOTC 2023, while Gen Z took up 33% of the group and Gen X took up 19% of the group.

Gender

From the same source, 60% of DnD players are male, 39% are female, and 1% identify otherwise.

It appears that a large portion of players play Dnd on a weekly basis at 58% while 60% are hybrid, (online and in-person)
