About me:

Name: Brian
Age: 31
From: Ohio
Job:  Shipping/Packaging

If any one is on Yahoo Messenger I go by the nickname Chaos_Knight27

I started role-playing back in 1989. A friend of mine talked me into playing. I was hooked, from that first day. I was a player for 2 years. In the party there was 4 players (Dan, Mike, Scott, and myself). One by one in those 2 years the other players in the party quit for one reason or another, then the final blow, the DM that we had for 2 years got married, not that was a bad thing, but He stopped Dming after that.. Not wanting to quit, I took it apon my self to learn how to DM.

I learned how to DM and call up one of the last players, from our party (Mike) and we played one on one from 1991-93

intill that game ended. I role-played with a married couple for the next 3 years, that was alot of fun, but in the end they got a divorce, and so that game ended sadly, and again I had no party.

1996, the year everything changed for me. I met a girl on the Internet (Prodigy) in a chat room, turns out we went to school together. We started dating and on Aug. 31st 2002 we got married!! :).

One day she was looking at the Player's Handbook, She said she was interested in learning the game, so I taught her.

So this brings us up to the present day. I have a game going with her, her sister and sister husband. We  play 1 Saturday a month for 8-10 hours.

The Game:

The games I like are AD&D Core, RavenLoft and Planescape. AD&D Core and RavenLoft are my favorite. Planescape is a new one to me, any Dm's into Planescape E-Mail me and drop me some game tips.

The Props:

When I first started playing, it was just me, the other players the dice, and our imagination, and that was fine, but what I imagine my friends may not see the same thing, so I got into miniatures, and using landscape props (Trees, rocks, hills, bushes and other props you can get from a train hobby shop.) and that opened up a whole new world.

I am looking to talk to other DM's about there game so feel free to drop me a E-Mail about your game. Please Sign my guestbook so I know you was here, Thank You.
