| Neutral chao are easy to get, only a little harder than hero or dark chao. I have 10+. First you need a chao. Thing is, you have to equally love or equally abuse your chao with both hero and dark characters. Give it the animal/chaos drives of the kind of chao you want it to be. It takes 3-5 hours for a chao to evolve. There you go! One neutral chao. |
