Fans it is hot this Summer outside and inside the ring with CWP.

This past show was indeed one to remember. It all started off when Southern States Champion or like he prefers to be called “The Plus Size Champion” Max Muscles in The Pit. Mr. Venom grilled him about being a fighting Champion and why he was not putting his title on the line that night against Rexx Reed. Max had fun as he always does but this time at Venom’s expense. Venom was furious that Max came into his Pit and was not showing him the respect he demanded. Finally they got down to business and Max agreed to put the title on the line later in the night.

The first match had Randy Wayne making his return to the CWP facing newcomer 300 pounder Mike Brooks. Randy had his hands full as he was outweighed in the match but he fought with all he had. During the match out came Xander Wylde, who has not been seen in CWP since he faced Randy earlier in the year. He came to join in with Brooks in double teaming Randy. They were doing a number on him until The New Age Cowboys came out and ran them off. Afterwards The NAC offered Randy to join up with them and he agreed.

Marshall Law & Kyzer Douglas had their first match together as a team on their own. They easily defeated there opponents and after the match Marshall Law made it know they were here to take on any team that gets in there way and that they should be Main Eventing the show because they are now known as The Greatest Team Ever.

We had an Inter-Promotional Title Match with TTW X Champion Matt Garza taking on The Mercenary. It was a very good match-up and could have gone either way. Matt took the low road and was cheating through out the match. He tried his best to take a cheap shot and cause The Mercenary to get DQ’ed on a couple of occasions and in the end he got a very controversial win do to the CWP Ref not understanding the TTW Rules.

The Southern Title was on line thanks to Mr. Venom setting it up earlier in the night. Rexx Reed went into this match 0-2 in CWP. He had everything to gain and nothing to loose. In a very hard fought battle that saw them even go to the outside at one point. Just as Max Muscles was locking the figure four on for the win, Venom came to the ring and distracted him and the ref long enough to toss his cane to Rexx, who used it to get the advantage and win the Title. It was a set up all along as venom announced that Rexx was the newest member of Venom’s Crue. Max demanded he get a rematch because he was cheated out of the win and the fans agreed with him. We will have to see what Venom thinks about that.

The Main Event was scheduled for a Texas Tag Team Titles rematch between The New Age Cowboys and Mass Destruction.

Earlier in the night Venom called Mass Destruction out for an interview but only Spoiler 200 was present. He said Bash had missed his flight and would not be able to make it that night. He then said because of that there would be no title match for The NAC. Venom was agreeing with him until the point where Spoiler told him that Mass Destruction was tired of playing his games, he said the best Mr. Venom did was fire Marshall Law & Kyzer Douglas. However Spoiler said he had no right in firing Paul Lewis who brought Mass Destruction to CWP. He then said Venom was fired and he brought out there new manager Paul Lewis. Venom was livid because Paul was not to step foot back into a CWP ring. He may have brought him to CWP but Paul was the one who put him and Bash together. Paul told Venom he underestimated him if he thought he was going to sit back and be fired and not do something about it. Venom who by this point was furious told Spoiler there would be a title match tonight no matter if he had to do it alone. He gave him an option of finding a partner if he could. Spoiler said there was no way he could find one this late in the night. Venom said it was too bad but he was going to wrestle no matter what. He then said he had a great idea Attorney Paul Leis was going to be his partner and have to wrestle tonight and defend the Texas Tag Team Titles with Spoiler.
Of course this was not an even match and The NAC took advantage of it every chance they got however thanks to Marshall Law & Kyzer Douglas who interrupted the match there was not winner. The NAC and Spoiler fought off GTE the best they could even to one point everyone having chairs. The lockeroom emptied as they tried to break this brawl up. Venom then came out and announced he has a solution to all of this. At Summer Brutality all three teams would be in the ring together in a Texas Street Fight for the tag titles.

Summer Brutality, which is the next big show and DVD taping, is going to be great show you will not want to miss. Along with this match and others, which are all 3-Ways, you will see Seth Shai defend his US Title in the Cage against two opponents to be determined earlier that night. See you there!!
