Still a student, I was recommended to Portsmouth magazine by my photography professor as an intern. I had a great time there and I learned a lot about publishing and advertising. Six months later I graduated and was immediately hired as the full-time design assistant. It was my first legitimate job as a graphic designer and I was very grateful for those that believed in me so early in my career.
