| Persimmon Grove Estate |
| As many of you undoubtedly know and can identify with, Persimmon Grove is one of my all-time favorite sim sites. Koromo's work there, and at Keep It Simple, continues to impress me every time I visit. I have been itching to build a complete PG-themed house since my first visit, and, after making several for my own game, I am now able to unveil one of my favorite projects, a joint effort between myself and the esteemed Koromo. I would like to give a huge thanks to her for letting me share in the glory of all her wonderful creations, and the same to Elizabeth of Keep It Simple. |

| The new gardening tools added in Unleashed, coupled with the enormous popularity of my first attempt, have prompted me to create another Persimmon Grove-themed house. This one is smaller and less crowded, with a much shorter shopping list than the old one. |

| Another fun thing with Unleashed is (duh) the pets. Therefore, in additon to a small gardening shed, there is an adjoining aviary, the perfect home for a your feathered friends. |
