Promotion Exercise is conducted twice annually. The first
exercise will be conducted before June and the other will be
before December.
Other than
promotion criteria, other factors like
attendance, attitude and turn-out plays a part in each cadet
promotion ratings.
Participation in NPCC school / national competition does
gave the cadets a bonus points during promotion exercise.
Each cadet is encourage to familiarise with the promotion
criteria in order to understand the expectation of each
individual.
