Lance Corporal

Minimum Level: Secondary 1
To be able to score at least 50% in the Lance Corporal Test conducted.
• 20% Attendance
• 20% Uniform
• 60% Giving of Commands
• Able to cite NPCC Pledge and Sing NPCC March
To have at least 2 of these badges.
• Safety First Badge
• Campcraft Badge
• 3rd Class Drill Badge

Corporal

Minimum Level: Secondary 2
To be able to score at least 50% in the Corporal Test conducted.
• 20% Attendance
• 20% Uniform
• 60% Method of Instruction on Foot Drill of Baton Drill
• Able to cite NPCC Pledge and Sing NPCC March
To have at least 2 of these badges.
• Safety First Badge
• Campcraft Badge
• 3rd Class Drill Badge

Sergeant

Minimum Level: Secondary 3
To be able to score at least 75% in the Sergeant Test conducted.
• 10% Attendance
• 10% Uniform
• 20% Method of Instruction on Drill
• 20% Method of Instruction on Tenting Pitching
• 20% Method of Instruction on Lamp Lighting
• 10% First-Aid Practical
• 10% Theory Test on Drills, Campcraft & First-Aid
• Able to cite NPCC Pledge and Sing NPCC March
• Badges (To be updated)
Note: Limited number of Passes (Maximum: 16)

Staff Sergeant

Minimum Level: Secondary 4
To be able to score at least 75% in the Staff Sergeant Test conducted.
• 10% Attendance
• 10% Uniform
• 20% Giving of Lecture
• 20% Method of Instruction on Air Rifle
• 20% Parade Formation
• 20% Camp Organisation
• Able to cite NPCC Pledge and Sing NPCC March

Note: Limited number of Passes (Maximum: 8)

Station Inspector

Minimum Level: Secondary 4/5
To go through an interview conducted by the Area Commandant.
