Training Programme
NPCC cadets go through a structured training programme
throughout their 4 - 5 years of cadetship to acquire and
develop leadership skills, sound character, resilience,
physical and mental strength, as well as care and concern
for others.

Adventure Training Programme
Camping is a core activity and a vital
component in an NPCC cadet's life as it contains a wide
spectrum of learning opportunities. Cadets of all levels go
camping either as a camper or an instructor. Some of the
camp activities are:

Weapon Training
Another highlight
in an NPCC cadet's life is the opportunity to shoot the .22
revolvers and the .177 air rifles. Sec 1 cadets will be
introduced to the air rifles and the Sec 2 cadets will be
introduced to the revolver in their weapon training
programme. After going through theory lessons and dry
practices, the cadets are ready to experience their first
live shoot session.
