Q: I have the specs for a project. Can we skip the client interview while you just send me a quote?

A: No. We prefer to begin each business relationship with an interview to understand the objectives and learn about the client organization. Doing so not only allows us to assign personnel who have significant experience in the work at hand but also provides you and your staff the opportunity to reassess the scope of the project and the resources that will be needed.

We require all of our clients to sign an agreement and submit a deposit before work begins.

Q: Is the meter running during the client interview?

A: No.

Q: Can we do business from a distance?

A: Distance is not a problem as long as you're willing to employ available technologies, such as e-mail, Instant Messaging, conference calls or, if you want, teleconferencing. The latter has a per-use fee associated with it. Content can be delivered electronically or by mail courier. An initial face-to-face meeting is preferred. Such meetings are required of all clients along the Northeast Corridor of the United States. Clients farther away must either be referred or nationally recognized.

Q: What are C Group's rates?

A:Our rates are based on the task or project. Consequently, we need to know the details of the project before we can provide a cost estimate. Our rates are competitive among consultants with similar skills and experience levels.
