DECORATIONS

1.RANKS
a.The pilots that enroll the ranks of VRRA receive the "RECRUIT" title. After their training period or based uppon special abilities proven in the flying process or for other achievements in other fields of action they recieve the title "LIEUTENANT".
b. After two months of continous service for the VRRA or due to special circumstances they recieve the title "CAPTAIN".
c. After four months of continous service for the VRRA or due to special circumstances they recieve the title "MAJOR".
d. After six months of continous service for the VRRA or due to special circumstances they recieve the title "Lt. COLONEL".
e. After eight months of continous service for the VRRA or due to special circumstances they recieve the title "COLONEL".
Ranking system is the essence of a group, any non compliance and disobedience to the superiors upon matters of "Aeronautica" will lead to the immediate expulsion from the VRRA .

2. ORDERS & MEDALS
The members of VRRA that have distinguisted actions are honoured with the following orders and medals:
a. PILOT BADGE

It is offered with the completion of the trainning period, or after the proof of the pilot's flying ability.

b. AERONAUTIC MERIT

It is offered after special action during the organized battles of the VRRA.

c. AERONAUTIC VIRTUE

It is the higher VRRA decoration and it is awarded only for extremely special achievements.

3. Repsonsible and authorised for the offer of the ranks and the decorations, is the Supreme Command.
