Seyona tried her best to help the stumbling Camus out of the bar, but wasn't having much success. In addition to not being able to walk in a straight line, the drunken red knight seemed content to do everything in his power to make this experience a living hell. She should just leave him here outside the bar, she thought bitterly, but then calmed. No, she'd have to bring him to his room and let him deal with his hangover all by himself. Grunting, she continued down the road.
"Wait! Come back, Lance!" a voice called through the darkness. Startled, Seyona stopped and looked around her. Suddenly a figure hurled itself out of the dark streets and collided with Seyona and her load. They fell into a disorganized heap on the ground.
"Noget him away" Leli muttered from the bottom of the pile, struggling to free herself.
"Leli?" Seyona hissed at her 'friend'. "What are you doing here?"
"Seyona?" Leli was shocked for a moment. "You gotta help me! That Miklotov guy is a psycho!"
Seyona shoved the now snoring Camus onto the ground and helped Leli to her feet. "I should have known you'd find some way to wreck this" she began, then noticed that Miklotov was standing there, staring at them in what could only be described as pure and utter confusion.
"Oh no" Leli clung to Seyona's arm. "Keep him away"
Miklotov shook his head and pointed at Leli. "LanceI'm sorry. If I had known you had that problem I would have left you alone." He apologized.
"Well, it's a little too late for that!" Leli shouted at him, then paused.
"Problem?"
"Yeah, you know the" He flushed and motioned to his chest. "Don't worry about it." He said quickly. "It's nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, I used to have this uncle who"
Leli plugged her ears. "I am not hearing thisI am not hearing this"
Seyona made a face. "Eew, I so did not need to know that!"
"Miklotov, yer even more stupider than you look!" Camus had made it to his feet and was wobbling towards Miklotov.
"Camus?" Miklotov stared, shocked, as his fellow knight. "Are you drunk?"
"That don't matter!" Camus waved his hand at Miklotov. "Wha matters is that this-" He pointed to Leli. "-Isa girl" Having dropped this bombshell, he fell to the ground, asleep once again.
Miklotov squinted at Leli, and gasped. "You ARE a girl!" He pointed at her accusingly.
"But" Leli began.
Seyona pretended to be shocked. "Lance! I can't believe I trusted you!"
"But..." Leli stuttered pleadingly.
"Guards!" Seyona screamed, and two knights appeared seemingly out of nowhere. "Take her to the dungeons!"
"Butbutbut" Leli mumbled pathetically as she was lead away.
Miklotov watched them drag the helpless girl away. "Erwas that really necessary?" He asked Seyona.
Seyona shrugged. "We can deal with her tomorrow, right now we have to get him safely to his room." She pointed at the snoring red knight currently lying with his face in a puddle of water.
Hesitantly, Miklotov helped Seyona lift the drunken knight, then assisted her in dragging him toward the dormitories.
