Q. How long does a phone take to get repaired?
A. Most devices are repaired within 1-3 hours when the part is in stock.
Q. Do you look through my photos?
A. I take your security very seriously. I do not go through any of your personal data (e.g. contacts, messages, photos, etc.). I am 100% mobile I come to you either at your home or another agreed appone location (e.g. Starbuck, Dunkin, Mcdonalds, ect.). If you aren't comfortanble, you are not required to provide me with your password.
Q. My phone seems to be having a bunch of different things wrong with it. Can you tell me what I need to do and how much it's going to cost me?
A. Absolutely. Please contact me at (931) 263-0268 and I will quote you on the most cost effective route to get you back up and running.
Q. I don’t feel comfortable buying on the site are the any other ways I can pay?
A. Sure. To arrange other forms of payment please call me and I would be happy to assist you.
Q. I tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it kind of taken apart. Can I send it to you and have you fix it?
A. You sure can! This happens more often than you think. Just give me a call and we can talk about what was done and I will provide a quote on fixing it.
