God, inspire me to transform my career into a calling. Help me to rekindle the flame of passion that once burned so brightly. Teach me how to turn my labour into meaning and deep satisfaction. Give me insight to think in new ways, the confidence to trust my instincts the humility to learn from those who are wiser and more experienced. May I find the courage to stand up for what I believe. May I never compromise my integrity in order to get ahead. Remind me, God, to treat my colleagues and subordinates with patience, kindness and respect. Give me the strength to overcome the envy and resentments that poison my soul and my relationships.
