One of the many projects Charles Fernandez undertook for the HSCO was the creation of this poster. This photograph, which was taken at one of the county's correctional facilities, needed to be altered before it could be used as a poster.

Several trees, and light poles cluttered the shot, so Charles was asked to remove them. He was also asked to turn on all the red and blue lights.
