Gold, Silver, and Crystal
Yes!  It's a guide time. *shify-eyes*  Though I thought one of my friends on the forum was doing this, I've not heard anything from him...  So. I'll just do it myself.  K.  Now first off, since every pokesite on the net has got guides which look like they were just taken off of gamefaqs and Nintendo Power and stuffed together and put on the net, I figure I'll just give you guys a little trip down memory lane with this so called "guide".  Just remind you of the features that were new back when they each generation of games was released.  So.  That's what I'll kinda do for now, until I figure out whether or not I want to expend the effort to make the big type of guide.  Which I might or might not.  Also, words in bold are essentially section headings.

Anyway, let's do a little
myth-debunking first, shall we?  Well, we'll just start with Celebi.  Now while I woulda thought everyone would know this by now, I still get questions all the time and hear them, about "where can I find Celebi".  And the like.  Nothing has changed really from the RBY days, and its no different in GSC's era than it is in FRLG's.  Well, actually it is a bit, since with FRLG, you can get the tickets from events.  But I digress.  The Ilex Forest and well/shrine rumors you've undoutebdly heard are just rumors.  K?  There is no way to get Celebi, unless you're in japan with a japanese version. But they're always luckier than us. xD  So anyway.  Second myth.  Missing No.  Missing No's glitch was removed in yellow.  Essentially.  Though I've heard you can find it in other versions, I've never found it.  And definitley not the way or in anything as easy as the RB days of talking to the guy in viridian, and stuff.  So.

Next thing.  Let's take a little walk down memory lane and think back to the
main features of the GSC era that were introduced and made the game so much fun! I'll seperate this into two groups.  First group: Things that were GSC exclusive, that we've never seen since then.  Second group: Things that were reused for RSE and FRLG gens.
