Nadolig Llawen
For those of you who don't know "Gwlad" is the Welsh word for homeland, it's also the name of an online society of Welsh rugby fanatics largely based in Southern England. We meet monthly in London, and although I usually attend in my male clothes I promised to make the effort for our Christmas party.
Standing on Waterloo station waiting for a friend(the notorious Limehouse Maldwyn the Mac) to meet me was a thrill, and also something of an anti-climax. Thousands of people walked passed me but hardly any paid me any attention. I'm not sure if that is a compliment or not.
